Centralised Data and Workstation Management Solution in Codex IT Infrastructure

In accordance with the agreement No. 9.4-1-L-2025/35 signed with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, SIA Codex is implementing project No. DIMI/2025/38, which is carried out within the framework of the European Union Cohesion Policy Programme 2021–2027 — Specific Objective 1.2.2 “Harnessing the benefits of digitalisation for business development”, under the measure “Support for Business Process Digitalisation”.

As part of this project, Codex has implemented a centralised Data and Workstation Management Solution that significantly improves the security, efficiency and resilience of the company's IT infrastructure, including:

• centralised data storage and backup,
• streamlined file collaboration,
• secure network deployment,
• automated backup for Windows and Mac workstations from a single console.

As a result, the solution enables efficient management of backup policies across all workstations, ensures protection against cyberattacks, system failures and accidental data loss, and allows rapid system and data recovery — within minutes. This substantially reduces downtime risks and increases overall productivity.
